The Damsom plum is a staple of vodka production throughout Europe. It is often used to make fruit brandy distillates but it is also famously used to make Śliwkowa, a traditional Polish nalewka. Plums are steeped for many months in very high proof vodka to extract every ounce of flavour and deep richness from the Damsom plum. Old world techniques are used to remove pectin and clarify the final spirit into deeply coloured nectar.
THE FLAVOUR
The “Harvest Plum Bomba” is a juicy & super delicious flavoured vodka that is fabulously fleshy, brimming with spice saturated plum, berry sweetness and laced with tartness from the skins. Damson plums make an exotic and rare infused vodka that can be enjoyed on its own as a shot, sipped over ice or savoured in any cocktail.

BASE: Capital K Wheat Vodka
VISUAL: Crimson Purple
AROMA: Fruity, jam-like fragrance.
TASTE: Tart on the tongue, fruit forward, full of plum flavours from the sweetness of the flesh to tartness of the skins. Finished with the same sweetness as nature’s own Damson plum.
MOUTHFEEL: Juice like, thin and luscious texture. Minimal prickle and slightly astringent throughout.
