Tall Grass Oaked Rye is small batch white rye that is carefully infused with oak spirals. These spirals don’t create the mellow flavours that a years long barrel aging process would, but that doesn’t mean this spirit isn’t delicious and refined. The result is an exceptional, unaged, smooth spirit with rich, colourful flavours. This spirit tastes great when mixed in your favourite classic or contemporary cocktails, as well as sipped neat or on the rocks.
