Delivery is for personal use only. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase products for delivery, and you may be asked to show proof of age. Items subject to availability. Make sure you have valid, government-issued photo ID ready at the time of delivery.

Capital K Distillery uses an anti-fraud verification service for your protection. Individuals placing online orders via credit card may be automatically rerouted to the credit card provider’s authentication screen when entering payment information.

Delivery drivers will request proof of age/identity before releasing your order.  Orders will not be left unattended. Make sure you have valid, government-issued photo ID ready at time of delivery.

Individuals will be refused service if intoxicated. If the delivery attempt was unsuccessful because the recipient could not provide proof of age, was not home to accept the order, or appeared to be intoxicated, the delivery fee will not be refunded.
